DESCRIPTION:

Songs From The Astral Plane Vol 2 is the follow-up to the sold out RSD 2021 release. This release also charted on the Billboard compilation charts in the summer of 2021.

Vol 2 continues right where Vol 1 left off. A 10 song tribute to the phenomenal and iconic singer songwriter Jonathan Richman and his band the Modern Lovers. Volume 2 will feature California artists Too Much Joy and Tall Ships, Georgia bands The Violets and Geisha Hit Squad, Peele Wimberley (former drummer of The Connells) and  Washington DC artists, Erik Huey, in a joint effort with his producer and collaborator Eric ""Roscoe"" Ambel (Del Lords) Daly Combat, Teething Veils, and Silent Island.

This will be 500 numbered copies pressed on red vinyl. Artwork by sketch artist Brian Walsby.
