Due to the departure of our keyboardist Dirk Liehm, a Human fortress album was written without a keyboarder for the first time. That´s why the album is very guitar-heavy. HF wanted to make some songs a little more mainstream. But these songs also sound extremely heavy thanks to Alex Krull´s good sound.

Stronghold sees the band return to Massacre after 3 albums on AFM Records.
