Before they were even called Montrose, Sammy Hagar, Ronnie Montrose, Bill Church and Denny Carmissi were invited to perform on a KSAN FM radio show in 1973.
Introduced as Ronnie Montrose and Friends, the powerhouse quartet blew the doors away. The mass appeal, arena rock future ahead of them, you could hear it in the performances of soon-to-be hits like Rock Candy, Bad Motor Scooter and of course Rock The Nation. Pressed on Red Rocker vinyl, Friday Music is pleased to present Montrose & Sammy Hagar Live 1973 at KSAN Studios.
