The sprawling album takes in ambient, electronica, glitch and experimental influences. Braxton was a founding member of NYC-founded math rock outfit Battles, and has since collaborated with Philip Glass, Bang on a Can All-Stars, Kronos Quartet to name a few. His recorded solo albums Central Market and HIVE1 have been released by Warp and Nonesuch Records respectively.
